Description

UVHX series tunnel type hot air circulation oven is divided into preheating section, high temperature section and cooling section. The preheating section is composed of fan, dehumidification fan and high efficiency filter;

The high temperature sterilization section consists of high temperature resistant fan, heater and high temperature high efficiency filter. The heated air is pumped by the fan, and then cooled by the air through the high temperature high efficiency filter, the bottle and mesh belt are heated continuously, that is to meet the requirements of heating, sterilization or drying (according to the process requirements)Set the heating temperature). The cooling section consists of a cooling fan, a cooler, a high efficiency filter and an exhaust fan to form a cooling circulation system to cool the bottle,

   The water cooling can be adjusted by PLC, and the temperature of bottle can be about 100 grade room temperature + 5 ~ 10 ℃. The whole oven is under 100 level laminar flow protection.
