The line consists of UVGP Bottle feeding machine, UVQCX cylinder type ultrasonic bottle washing machine, UVG-S filling and plugging machine and UVZ Capping machine. The production line is suitable for the production of large infusion in pharmaceutical factories and large volume injection in veterinary pharmaceutical factories. It is suitable for 50-500ml plastic bottles or glass bottles after changing specifications. After the change, it can be used in oil emulsion, vaccine, food industry, liquor and other large capacity liquid production. If we use traditional tipping plug, we need to add some equipment. According to the requirements of customers, there are two structures of 40-60 bottles / min and 80-120 bottles / min.
