Description

Working principle:

The bottle enters the bottle washing machine through the conveyor belt, and then transferred to the manipulator by the rotary table. The manipulator holds the bottle and turns it 180 degrees .The bottle mouth is downward and rotates clockwise with the big turntable. The lower part of the big turntable is equipped with a water spray (steam) pipe with a spray needle. The spray needle is inserted into the bottle according to the program to recycle water (ionized water, water for injection), compress air, purify compressed air again, and spray water vapor outside the bottle to complete the bottle cleaning process, After cleaning the bottle, the manipulator turns the bottle upright (the mouth of the bottle is upward), and then sends the bottle to the next process through the dial wheel.
