Description
The filling machine adopts 12 pumps (glass pump, ceramic pump, stainless steel pump or peristaltic pump can be selected), which are driven by servo. The filling volume can be adjusted uniformly or adjusted independently. After filling, the bottle is pulled into the middle wheel by the bottle shifting wheel, and the bottle is transported to the bottle holder in the stopper pressing wheel by the middle wheel. The bottle holder is controlled by the cam to move up and down, and rotates with the stopper. The whole operation is realized by PLC program control and man-machine interface. It is not only suitable for the filling of freeze-dried products, but also can be used for the filling of oil emulsion seedling and suspension diluent after modification.
